Someone asked me the other day what would be the simplest, most powerful concept that they could use to achieve their goals.
My answer was fairly simple.
"When confronted with a decision, always choose the goal that will put you closer to your goal, no matter how uncomfortable or how nervous it makes you."
No one hits their goal by going the other way.
